Allumer offers 12 months guarantee from the date of original purchase against any defect arising due to faulty materials or manufacture subject to proof of purchase date. Accordingly any defect will be repaired free of charge at Allumer’s discretion, provided that the defect has not been caused by neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.
